I am told I can get 10% off additional line. Everything is working fine until I go to confirm everything at the checkout and the next page doesn't load. A loading symbol just stays on the bottom.
Is anyone else having a similar issue with purchases?

have you tried a different browser ?
If you have and it still dont work call freephone 0800 956 6000 select option 2 then option 1 and a sales advisor will be able to process your additional line.
