Adding a new device

Hi there. I just want to add a new device to EE so i the can work with the EE app. Im following all the procedure but it keeps saying that the number is already registered... Loop..

Please help.

@KG13   This other device did you take this out on your account ?  If you didn’t then it can not be added to your account as it will have its own account.    If you want to take ownership of this device then you’ll need to have that device owner call customer services and give permission for you to do this.  You’ll then be responsible for the payments of that device.  If you are the owner of this other device then you’ll still need to call customer service to request it to be moved to your original account
