Account has been closed

Hello! I log into the EE app, but it’s telling me my account has been closed. 

 

Any ideas?

Does it say the same when you try logging in through a browser? When did you last log in?

Hi there,

I have tried logging in through safari on my phone, but the page says safari can not open the page.

Are you using an EE, Orange or T-Mobile plan?

Hi James, I haven’t closed any accounts.

I have just started broadband with them, but I can’t imagine this would cause it to close.

Can you try deleting the app and reinstalling to see if that fixes the issue?
