Account closed

I previously has pay as you go and opened we acct

now I have a monthly plan but whenever I try to log on and use the app it says account closed ....

Hi, 

 

Call EE on 150 and ask them to delete your old account and you can they register again.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

When you move from pay as you go to pay monthly or vice versa, you need to re-register as a new user.
