I have recently started a new ee contract after previously being with another provider. I was with ee before my last provider so I had an account with ee. It is now closed and I can't re-open it with the same email

Re: Account closed

@Samkent : You need to call CS & ask for your old MyEE to be deleted. Then you can create your new 1 afresh with the same email addy.

Re: Account closed

Hi @Samkent.

Welcome to the EE Community 🙂

As @XRaySpeX has mentioned, you will need to contact our Customer Care team about this.

They will be able to remove any older accounts and help you get set up with your new one 🙂
