Account Trouble

Hello,

I've recently moved from PAYG to a contracted phone. However, since the transaction from my previous phone, I no longer have access to my MyEE app. I get an error whenever I try to sign in either on phone, or pc, that says "Association - Error".

Help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

If you give 150 a call they will be to unlink your PAYG account from your MyEE account and associate your PAYM account for you.

@ryanhaynes01 : Phone CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c. Then you can create your new contract MyEE afresh with the same email addy & no..
