Resolved! Removing my device from a family plan

My current IPhone is on a family EE plan. I cannot contact the account holder to have my device removed. If possible I would like to remove my phone from the family plan and join a different family plan. How do I do this?

Hi, the app says my upgrade is available but my contract ends at the end of June, if I upgrade now will I have to pay for both contracts until my current one is paid off?It's my first time upgrading, thanks for any answers in advance.
