Contract

I was told on Wednesday that my sim only upgrade would be £10. I have just checked on my EE and it is saying that my bill will be £16.67 a month + vat

Tryinf to trade in

Hello. I want to upgrade but it says I already have an offer applied to my account when I don't! I wanted to trade in my old phone and get £18 a month off 

Paying for sim knew nothing about?!

I’ve just realised now my bills way more than should be and logged in to find out I’m paying for another sim I don’t even use or know anything about? How long has this been going on???

Cant afford to pay

I have already used the promise to pay scheme in in the past 6 months so i cannot use it again. I have less than a penny to my name and cant afford my bill due on the 26th. What is going to happen?
