Resolved! Roaming

Can anyone tell me why I have been billed extra for roaming?I paid £15 for the month and was away for 2 weeks, cancelled the option as soon as I got back through the app. Have just got my bill and have been charged an extra £7.20.

account suspended

good morning I have an account with EE sim plane unlimited data and calls paying monthly 35 and I have been told after one month if i didnt pay it will transfer to pay as you go and now my account suspended. 

Coming back to ee

I'm thinking about coming back to EE, but as my phone is now a virgin number and diff email etc, i can't find any way of contacting EE, obvs they have phone number but I need to do it on line. Can anyone help a nana out lol
