Apple Music not working?

I cancelled my Apple Music. Spoke to someone at Apple & they said wait until this membership runs out which was yesterday & it's asking me to pick a new plan. I can't listen to any music? Who do I contact Apple or EE?

@Hales-1510   Have you activated the free EE Apple Music by texting MUSIC to 150 ?

Yes. I have done that. I had cancelled my current membership. Then used the link a box came up black then went away. So that's when I contacted Apple so said I should wait after the 15th. I tried again this morning & it now says I'm currently not a member.

Can you try sending MUSIC again to 150 to see what you get back please.

 

Has it been 30 days since you activated the EE free 6 months?
