I am also PAYG - I have added a new sim plan to my account.
Do you know if I can transfer my other number to the new sim plan - I ordered a new sim plan without upgrading by mistake and its given me a different number

I've moved your post over to its own dedicated thread so we can make sure you get the most relevant information for your query.
You're absolutely welcome to transfer your pay as you go number over to your new pay monthly line.
This will instantly replace the temporary number assigned to the new SIM, and close the pay as you go account. We can transfer over any credit that may remain on the pay as you go account, too.
You'll just need to speak with our customer care team for this one, so if you give us a call they'll be able to sort things right out.
