No able to gift data

I’ve been trying for a week to gift my wife data and it’s not allowing me to do so. The app just isn’t loading and the website says unable to see data at the moment. How can I sort this as she needs data??

If you are unable to gift the data yourself online, our customer service guides will be able to complete the gift for you and have a look into your online account issues so that you can complete them yourself in future.
