Not working I try get data but say error message wait teach

What exactly does the error message say when you try to add this to your account? Feel free to share a screenshot of the message. 

Also if you text AL to 150, does it confirm you have enough credit to cover the cost of the add-on?

If you haven't tried already too, it's worth giving this a go in a different browser.
