4GEE Wifi Mini Hub not connecting

I have a little white box a mini hub.

lost connection at 2pm today and can’t get back in.

main wifi not being connected until next week and moved to a new house that has awful EE provision so the white box was working until today for temporary cover for work and basic tv

I'm sorry the WiFi device has lost connection, have you tried restarting the device? 

If it still isn't working after trying a restart, you can check for issues in your area on our network status checker. If nothing has been reported, you can report the problem you're having and our network team will get the signal looked into.
