I just want to give some feedback on how I felt with the broadband team and how they helped me. I had a problem with my internet and I rang up I went right to a person and did not have to wait I was on the call for about 25 mins and the problem was fixed when I was with my other isp they had really bad waiting times on the phone and they could not fix my problem and it would take a really long time to fix it so altogether I'm really happy with ee.
