I was not sure where to post this so I have decided to leave it in the general section of the community. After my first direct dealings with EE this evening (despite some technical issues) I am very happy with my overall experience on the phone. I was quickly answered and helped greatly by Lauren from the Darlington unit. It is rare I leave feedback but I am more than pleased with the explanation and guidance I received in choosing an upgrade package as it is due. So a huge thank you to Lauren and well done to the Darlington team for their fantastic customer service.
