Shout out to Lauren Jones from the Plymouth branch, who took me through a multi-stage process to get my wifi speed back to ideal on several quite different devices. (I'm on a very busy terraced street, so I was struggling during peak times).
Excellent customer service, especially considering it ended up being a 42-minute(!) phone call on a Sunday. Polite, cheerful and helpful throughout. Gave me an easy way to contact her if problems persist, and never sounded put upon by my many, many questions.
Side note: it was nice to hear a Devon accent on the phone!
