Have had a text saying as a valued customer we would like your feedback and can you reply to following texts. The next text asks how likely are you etc etc

my concern is that the text comes from 24 9.

in these days f scams etc always wary of unknown numbers and why use those digits instead of a EE code they agree in advance

anyone shed some light please

Thank you, but how without someones help do I know the text is genuine? Is
it always 24 9 or does it change? Hope you can see where I am coming from.
To be honest if I am not sure I just delete the text

@Bootsie146 I understand your concern from EE regarding feedback they come from 249.

@Bootsie146 It's been a while since I had cause to call 150, but I seem to recall the texts from 249 had something at the start of them to the effect of "thankyou for your recent call to 150".

Scammers wouldn't know you'd called C/S, and that's reassurance that they're genuine.

Thankyou for info, the only thing is I haven’t recently contacted EE, but
appreciate you taking time to help
