Really super customer service

I just wanted to leave some feedback for the lovely and efficient Scottish guy who carried out our upgrade for us this evening. I am afraid that I didn't catch his name amidst the mayhem of the kids' bathtime (for some unknown reason we decided to carry out our upgrad at this key moment). He was kind, funny and sympathetic and a real credit to EE. I do hope that somehow you can link this back to him. If you need any more clues I do know that he is 38 (nine days younger than me) and has 1 year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl. I should be most grateful if you would pass on our thanks.
