I'm not sure if this is the right place for this but I'd really like to praise and thank Connor (Northern accent I think) for handling a current situation I had with my phone bill, he was extremely helpful and kindly took alot of time dealing with the situation.

I usually get feedback texts when I call 150 but haven't had any this time but thought it was important to take the time to give him a mention as he is a credit to your team.
