Hi I would like to give some positive feedback about 

Ashley who works in the norther Ireland office and Vicki who works in the York shop.

after theee weeks of phone trouble - both provided lots of reassurance, positive customer service and between them both they sorted out my phone problem.

they were lovely to deal with and did exactly what they said they would do. 

I Couldn’t have asked for better support.
