I did not receive the usual feedback text messaging service following my call and I was wondering where I can forward on positive feedback as I received fantastic customer service from a member of your tech support team tonight (after an unsuccessful attempt through chat at resolving an issue with a new sim).
She really is an asset to the EE service team and during such an uncertain time, it would be wonderful if she could get recognition within her team for the help she provided me with tonight.
