Apologies if this is in the wrong place!
Unfortunately my mobile is not letting me reply to the feedback text from EE following a call I just placed, so I registered here so this can hopefully be picked up!
I spoke to Richard on the phone (020 7362 0200 @ 11:07)
I got straight through and explained that my bill had increased due to a discount expiring. Richard offered me a great deal for fibre broadband with a very small price increase from my original bill. He was very helpful, answered every question and was patient with me while I read through everything.
Please pass on my thanks if this is possible, as he's clearly a great employee!

On 23/6/19 I upgraded my iPhone 7 plus to black 64GB IPhone XR at Doncaster store. I was served by Rhys. I new what deal I wanted as Id been in a few days earlier I asked about about the 128gb and 250gb storage ones but he said there a lot more money than what you are currently paying so I went for the 64GB one. The previous deal was 60GB data for the price of 10GB they said they don't have that deal anymore but they have a better deal 100GB so went for the deal. It was great quick polite service. The only downside was he didn't tell me that my deal included free headphones and on Friday 28th I received a text saying my headphones will arrive in 14-40 days so I Web chat your team to clarify it and they were helpful and said it right you are getting free headphones
