I'm just checking my personal details on a few accounts.
Date of birth is not shown.
I am sure when I first signed an account 6-7 years ago it must have been requested and recorded. But where is it?

I think PAYG accounts do not store this type of information, where as Pay Monthly would. Any Pay Monthly users help confirm this?

Because, @Domgraf , it will us whether (Contract) or not (PAYG) your MyEE a/c should be holding your DoB. Please just answer my Q.

You'll need to phone CS to get your DoB reinstated if you can't find it & you are unable to enter it yourself in your Profile.
