Moving number from someone's account to new account

AT7
Visitor

My current number is with my sister's account. I now have my own account with a line for my wife. I would like to move my line from my sister's account to this new account. How do I go about doing that?

Hello @AT7 and welcome!

Details of EE's change of ownership process are detailed here

The existing account holder and the new account holder need to both be on a call to C/S at the same time.

Hi @AT7

Welcome to the community. 🙂

Although it's easier if both people are together when phoning, you don't necessarily have to be.

Your sister can call and give permission for you to take over the mobile number and contract. She'll then set up a temporary password specifically for you.

You can then call, give the password and carry on with the transfer of the number.
