Hi Everyone,
I have recently upgraded my phone on the 1st May 2020 but have unfortunately not received any text messages from DPD or EE regarding this.
I have in turn received texts and letters stating that my contract ends soon and to upgrade etc.
This account has gone through a change of ownership and I was on the phone to support who was transferring me to the Digital sales Team however the call seemed to have cut off and ended.
Is there a specific number I should call for this, or can this be sorted via EE Community?

There's no account access via the community, so you will need to call C/S on 150 to resolve this.
