I have a contract out with ee and my ee app works perfectly fine but when I click on my early upgrade options, and sign in it says my account is cancelled! How do I sort it out?

I am sorry to hear your having this problem.
If you log in to your My EE Online and select early upgrade are you presented with the same error message?
Are you connected to WiFi when trying to do this?
