I sent my phone via special delivery on Tuesday, they should’ve received it on Weds morning. I haven’t heard anything about it yet and just wondered if anyone knew anything? How long does it usually take for them to get in touch?

I'm sorry to hear you haven't heard back about your phone yet.
We have a contact email address on our Recycle Help Page.
If you haven't heard anything after seven days I'd recommend contacting Brightstar.
If you email eeconsumer.uk@brightstar.com and quote your IMEI number, they will get back to you with more information.

ring them they take no notice of texts stay on the phone it may take a while good luck

I am currently experiencing the same thing sent my phone back over 2 weeks ago. And it was delivered then.
Heard nothing from Bright star ??

I have done both of those things.
Currently getting no response from the emails.
Calling up they’ve said they are escalating it with the warehouse manager, as it’s been over two weeks since my phone was delivered.
I've still heard nothing or had no confirmation from Brightstar.
I hope they haven’t lost my phone.
