@Mummyb13 you haven’t tried everything you haven’t tried waiting till it’s open, Live chat is customer services and it’s not 24 hours 7 day a week. You need to wait till 8am.
Live chat is for contract customers only and you need to log into your online EE account and wait for a live chat window to pop up.
