I have an issue where I have sent a phone away for repair. The company have sent me back a different phone (lifestyle services group). The new phone has been blacklisted (whoever had it before must have stopped paying their bills).
The repair company claim this is the phone I originally sent even though I have the original receipt of purchase from Samsung and box with old IMEI number etc.
If I can get a history of devices that have accessed my phone account with IMEI numbers I can provide this information to make my case.
How do I get a complete history of devices IMEI numbers that have accessed my account from Jan 1st 2017?

@RogueScot You could try calling customer services for this but I don’t think it’s possible as you didn’t get that device from EE directly.
