I am a new EE customer and wanted to praise a customer service advisor that I spoke to this afternoon. I rang regarding my dad and his pay as you go phone; which I bought him whilst he was in hospital. I was unsure about the credit on his phone and his balance. I spoke with Maggie who is based in Newcastle. Maggie was so helpful and understanding. She addressed my query and resolved the problem without any hassle. This lady is a real credit to the company and I wanted to express this to EE and hope that my words will be passed on to her and her manager.
