I just want to acknowledge a member of staff named Allyn, I originally had chatted to in regards to paying a bill off early, they advised me on this and went above and beyond as they had fixed a mistake on my account aswell honestly it wasnt a big thing but I really appreciated it.
I fall in the high risk category and can't even work right now so the level of care and understanding was amazing, thank you again so much
