Hello James,
I called and was told to chat to someone online. Unfortunately, it is not clear where I can chat with a member of staff. It’s a quite frustrating because I will end up being charged an extra month on the line. Is there a way I can chat to a member of staff?

You'll need to get in touch by phone to cancel your contract and move to pay as you go.
