Hello do you know how can i change my plan for 54 to 30 maybe 35 i dont want to pay 54 anymore. thank you

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

unfortunately you ain't allowed to lower your plan during the duration of your contract as per the terms and conditions of your contract.
