Best Customer Service Experience Ever

Just so you know, i had one of the best customer service experiences i have ever had with one of your agents today, by far the best experience ever with ee in 8 years of being a customer with you.

 

Very very happy with the service today

 

The agent was down to earth but professional, if you could replicate her service throughout ee.

 

Honestly the best service i have ever received over the phone.

Customer service non existant.

trying to get my new EE mobile tablet SIM card to work for 3 days.

calling the EE support number is pointless. Always very busy, hang on forever.

Trying to add on some bandwidth goes round in circles.

Almost got there once and at the end said payment verification needed? And....nothing.

Hopeless.

Ill go elsewhere.

Hi I just bay phone and this phone not accept any sim cards because the guy who seel me the phone hi not pay bills. What I can do now its chance tu unlock the phone an use on the same network ee??? Or just put the phone to bean an forget abut the money an phone heh😒😒😒
