I have been with EE for both my broad and mobile for several years.
Just gone to upgrade my mobile after 4 years with this handset. On the app my broadband and mobile accounts were not linked. But I went through the offers and had a Google pixel 10 with basic unlimited in my basket for £32 a month.
I rang to check and they attached my broadband account so I qualify for EE One savings. Ended up going to £42 a month for the upgrade.
It really doesn't pay to be loyal does it

@humbleRy Change the tariff because you get unlimited data for the phone because of having EE broadband. Why pay more when you don’t need too.
Just looking at this you probably had the device over 36 months but upon calling customer support they put the device at 24 months so you pay more each month to pay off the device over 24 months then 36 months. It’s a flex tariff (airtime and device are billed separately). and it probably wasn’t the same tariff you choose online.
