No wifi

As soon as my phone is using my data 

I cannot connect to Facebook or Facebook messenger 

any ideas 

I’ve done a total reboot of the phone 

uninstall the apps

and ive got 30g data 

but still won’t connect

Try logging into your MyEE app then - Settings - Content Lock - change this to off. Then restart your device.

It should now work.

Hiya
The setting was already on off,
But i switched it on and then back off again and switched it off,
But still no joy
Just keeps coming up waiting to reconnect
Facebook loads up, but minus the photos or pictures,
Just the texts off people
But messenger, I can’t send or Recieve anything
