Hi I bought a PS5 from the Skipton Store on the 9th September 2025 with the offer of the £125 EE Gamecard included. I got Intouch with EE about this on the 10th October to be told it is 30 days and then I should receive a text with the code. We are now the 6th November 2025 and I still haven't received this. Please can this be sorted quickly as it is a Christmas gift and it would be good to be able to choose some games.

Welcome to the community.
I know you'll be keen to get the game card to get games before Christmas.
You would normally receive a text with the Game Card within 2 working days of getting the console, and if not received our customer service guides can chase it for you.
If you've still not heard anything after speaking to the team last month, I'd recommend giving them another call so they can check the latest update on your account, and if needs be, chase it again for you.
