Hello @Jameshj99 no it is still not working for me on an EE line either.
Unfortunately because this is an app/software fault and not an EE fault the only thing we can advise through here is chasing it up with them. You cannot be the only EE customer using their app so hopefully they make progress with this soon.

02, Vodafone, 3 all works set for EE but strange even though EE are the bigger company then all the rest.

Hello @Jameshj99 I find it strange to I have tried it out on other networks and it is definitely isolated to EE 4GEE/T-Mobile plans only.
Please do keep us updated if you hear anything back from the developer team and have the time to do so. If you have not done so already link them to this thread so they can confirm for themselves it is affecting more than one user.
