I recently upgraded for my daughter and she wanted to add the apple music for 6 months for free. She has done the 150 texting music and was given the link which says she doesnt have ee membership. Has she missed the 30 days or can this still be added on?

She got her upgrade end of August not sure of date she may have just missed her 30 days.
We are giving it a bit of time to see if it kicos in after a day. She only saw the ad on tv on Sunday.

I'm a new customer to EE and have just started my new contract. I've tried to get the 6 months free apple music, however when I text YES, I keep receiving a message saying, 'Something went wrong, try a little later'. I've tried 10+ times and still nothings changed?
What can I do?

If you didn’t sign up at the time you joined or upgraded, you can still add Apple Music membership on EE within 30 days. You can do so in the following ways within 30 days of joining EE or upgrading:
I would recommend a quick call into customer services if the text service isn't working properly.

I just joined EE and have set up apple music but the link I was sent has only given me 3 months free instead of 6. I text 150 and the message I recieved said the link was for 6 months but after following it through to apple music it only registered free for three month until the 9th of January.
I have just contacted apple and they told me I need to speak to you at EE to get this sorted. Please can you help?

You don't need to contact EE or Apple support .
All you need to do is go into your account settings and remove the automatic renewal.
Once you reach the auto-renewal date, the EE version will kick in and there’s no subscription information.

Yes, I've already removed the auto-renewal option.
How do I get the EE app to show the correct start and finish date of the 6th November though for the 6 months Apple Music. As I'll lose 3 weeks worth at the moment as it has me starting on the 12th October which is incorrect?

I just get redirected to Music on my iPhone, a screenbriefly pops up and slides to the bottom of the screen. No 6 months is added to Apple Music or anything!??
