My EE web login issues 20th January 2017

The issue below is now resolved.

In some browsers on some devices our registration and login pages for My EE are not displaying as designed and therefore it’s making it difficult for some customers to complete the request to register or login.

 

Our technical teams are busy working to understand this issue and make it work for you.

 

While we’re working on it we do have a way you can resolve it yourself to get you setup or back into My EE.

 

How can I get into My EE on my computer now?

 

In your browser and on the page where display is not working:

 

If you’re using a PC hit Ctrl-F5

 

If you’re on a Mac hit Cmd-Shift-R

 

How can I get into My EE on my phone or tablet now?

 

  • To clear your history and cookies, tap Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. 

 

  • To remove other stored information, tap Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > Remove All Website Data.

 

 

We’re working hard to get this fixed as soon as possible but in the meantime we apologise for any inconvenience.

Log ins still not working @1820 Sun 22 Jan.  So unable to check bill.

I can't log in as I have forgotten my 

password I'm still waiting for an email to reset this

I had the issue last moth where I try to log in to pay my bill and it will not allow me to register my number as it already exists.

 

I need this to be fixed

i am unable to request a forgot password. the app advises my privacy settings need to be changed although i have triple checked and are set to always allow. i have also tried on 3 computers when i do manage to get a email with the link the link is a blank ee page with no where to request a new password

Yes

 

I had the same issue with my last bill...

 

When you updated the App it asked for me to re register my number but then it takes you through to the website where it recognises my number so will not allow me to go further.

 

So, I am registered but it asks me to register....

24th of January 2017 and I still can't get logged in. The Ctrl+F5 doesn't do anything either. I need to check my contract expiry date and whether or not I'm due an upgrade which I suspect I am.

Do you get an error message when you try and log in?

 

Have you tried clearing all cookies, cache and opening in a new web browser?

 

You can text UP to 150 to find out if you are eligible for an upgrade.

I can login but can't seem to be able to add my phone number. The box does not work a text field

I have been trying for days to register my new SIM but no matter what I do I cannot complete the registration process.  The critical issue is that having entered all of the required details and passed the security tests I am told that an email will be sent to my email address.  Unfortunately an email never arrives and I have checked my spam box and contacted my email provider who confirms they have received no email either.  It folloes that your emails DO NOT ARRIVE therefore I cannot register.  Rather oddly, I have had no problems registering on this forum using the identical email - the email arrives and I respond so the problem is clearly with EE.

 

How do I register my SIM or should I just give up and ask for my money back on the grounds of "not for for purpose"?

I can not go to settings on my EE, when I can not get past give me your number?
