I had trouble too but it seems to be running OK with the dual adresses.
A pain changing contact details to some sites and I really am still steaming about this webmail was so much simpler and more manageable for me and I also have Outlook.
I know we matter not in the big scheme of things but when my contract expires I shall be leaving EE-my personal protest it's al I can do.

@maggiesaes: If you've been using the Outlook on your PC, you should have all your emails on your PC & they will remain there even after the closure.

Just in the process of getting all my existing fsnet emails from webmail in box to Outlook and webmail has now gone.
Haven't changed my email address on here either.

Not used it much at all I did transfer a lot from th esave folder things I wanted to keep but day to day I use it little webnail was just convenient.

Still not working.
I left some emails on until today so tha I coul get the last minute thibngs on also wanted to transfer some from other folders though I have done the bulk.
My Outlook had a problem had to get onto Microsoft hence the last minute but by AFTER 31st May I took it to mean OK till then and finisjed from 1st June.
What a pain this has been and still is.

and POP3/IMAP4 are now working for me here are they working for you? Try restarting your mail program (Outlook) or clearing the cookies/history of your browser if using webmail if you are still unable to log in. 🙂

Is it back up and running. If it is I am still locked out despite getting an email saying this has been resolved. I have emailed again re this but no response. Time is running out for me to get my emails transferred which I am having to complete manually as you are unable to resolve the pop issue.

Hello @Challan the outage has now been resolved but this is separate to any Fsmail accounts that have been locked. Have you emailed the email address contained in this link to get it unlocked:
You should get a reply within 24hrs, hopefully sooner as we are getting near to the closure yes. 🙂

I am able to access mine now.
I transferred everything en masse to Outlook then imported to Gmail a while ago but I have still been using webmail mostly.
Notifying everyone suppliers etc and bank took a while and I have had to change paddwords for some sites so I've got those noted elsewhere.

They have forwarded the issue on to technical experts to resolve as it was not the usual simple lock issue. Will let you know when it is resolved, I hope. Thanks
