Why have I not received an email telling me my fsnet email is ending? wife has

My wife had an email a few days ago saying that fsnet.co.uk email will close at the end of may, but I have an fsnet.co.uk email and have not been notified. Why not?

EE are only committed to giving you 30 days notice.

 

I have only received 2 out of 3 notifications.

Why is it taking so long to notify people?  I have had nothing from you - I found out through an email sent from an organisation I belong to!

 

Surely it is not beyond the abilities of EE to send emails to the declining customer base pretty much immediately.

 

Poor customer service.
