Re: What are the settings for transferring fsnet emails to Outlook please ?

These are the settings I am using ;

Incoming (POP) server = pop.orangehome.co.uk

Incomer port = 110 (but defaults back to 995)

Auth = Basic

Encrypt = None

Outgoing (SMTP) server = smtp.orangehome.co.uk

Outgoing port = 25 (but defaults back to 587)

Re: What are the settings for transferring fsnet emails to Outlook please ?

What's below "Outgoing port = 25"? Shouldn't there be another

Auth = Basic
Encrypt = None

there?

There's something wrong with the scrollability of the Connected A/c's pages. Often you can't see the whole page. Set your browser zoom to 50% and see what more you can see.

Re: What are the settings for transferring fsnet emails to Outlook please ?

Yes, I'm having same issue : "Failed to connect to SMTP on port 25" after a wait. Port 587 is even worse: "Failed to auth on port 587" immediately.

Yet, using the identical settings, which I know to be right, in an email client (the real Outlook :smileywink:) I can both send & receive on that account.

I have a feeling that the problem is with that Outlook.com Authentication drop-down. It should have a choice of "None" as Orange port 25 SMTPs do not require any.
