Re: No emails

BT originally used Yahoo email as their own email but are now moving everybody to BT's own native email.

Don't use the app but change your password online at BT's Webmail site, https://home.bt.com/login/loginform?TARGET=$SM$https%3A%2F%2Fsignin1.bt.com%2Fbtmail%2Fsecure%2Femai... .

Re: No emails

Who is your email provider? How are you trying to read your emails? Using a Mail app on your phone? What are the Incoming Server settings you have set in it, obscuring your name?

Re: No emails

Yes, BT email is v. prone to that. It's said that if you change your pwd on the Webmail site it might kick it into working again.
