Please help!! Locked out of my fsmail.net email account when trying to forward old emails to new account as advised by orange email saying closing. Have phone customer service spent hour on phone was only given email address of company managing emails who have ignored all my emails!
Please help have really important emails on there!!

It was locked cuz it reckoned you were sending too many emails in a short space of time, the hallmark of a spammer, altho' you were doing it legitimately..
This is being looked into by EE & it is hoped to get them unlocked soon.
Why are you forwarding your emails anyway? You only really need to for sent items. Why aren't you importing them into your new email like EE recommends?

That would be amazing I am really worried. I couldnt get it to work so was trying to forward some important ones. Sorry I didnt know it would cause any problems.
