Getting really fed up with EE. Cannot access account . They don't send email

I cannot access my EE account. They said they would send an email to my email address so that I could sort out my password. It is only active for a short while. Unfortunately their email is so long in coming that the time has gone and I can no longer see to the password. Other than leave EE what else can I do? Not impressed.

Use the Forgotten password? on the MyEE login page, https://id.ee.co.uk/id/login .

Who is your email provider? Some are delayed in receiving emails from EE.
