Seems to be everywhere I go, nothing will come when Im out but out of nowhere, they all come in intervals. I will be travelling on Wednesday so need emails coming in auto. I have other exchange emails on my phone which work without any issues. Like I said before, On WiFi, they arrive but on 4G sending and recieving it works for a while then disconnects for hours.

It might be worth trying this work-around as temporary measure if you need to receive emails.
Configure "mail forwarding" from Exchange 2010 to your "iCloud" email address.
I have this permanently set-up on my iPhone X as I prefer the standard “mail app” rather than using the “Outlook mail app”. (my mails are received immediately over 4G or Wi-Fi.)
It might work you or it might not!

i have just tested it on my iphone 7 on 3 Network and it came through quick on 4G. on the iphone6s which has the issue on EE, still last synced at 9:52am on 4G, still nothing coming through but on the device its fine with the same exchange settings nothings changed...

@Matron You can use the iPhone mail app for more then one account. I’ve got 3 different mail clients on mine. You don’t need different mail apps for different mail clients.

Yes, thanks I knew that.
I thought the OP was using the Outlook app?
A lot of people I know use the Outlook one on their iPhones as a matter of choice.

That is the same way I have been setting up most of my emails on my phone.
I clicked on the Exchange and logged in from there.
Like i said its not an issue on WiFi, on 4G its syncing then stops, no automactic push as already set in my settings.
On my other phone on another network, the mails are coming through automactically on 4G.
