I have been getting "Sorry, something went wrong on our end We’re working to fix this. Please try again later." for over a year regardless of clearing cookies etc. Doesn't say much for the service if I cannot even view my options for transferring from BT.

If you've been having this problem for over a year, it makes me think that it could be something related to the way that your account is set up.
If you speak with our Customer Support team on 150, they'll be able to help look into that and give you some information about transferring.
