I can't link my eSIM to the EE app.

I haven't been able to link my eSIM in the EE app for several days.

I get this message:
We're having trouble linking your products
You can try linking again or come back later when we've fixed things.

I'm entering the correct phone number and email (the one I used to place the order).

It sounds like you are doing everything right to get it linked, I'd recommend getting in touch so our team can have a look at this.

Are you brand new to EE or do you already have a product with us that you have an account for and are trying to add the new eSIM to it?
